This makes it easy to get a quick, mess-freetemperature reading on the compost inside without even opening thebin.
The tumbling action of the bin keeps the contents inside mixedwell, creating compost in almost half the time as a stationarycompost bin. The bin holds up to 60 gallons (orabout 9.3 cubic feet), and the sturdy, powder coated steel legshold the bin securely off the ground. Along with being off theground, the twist-locking lids on either end keepanimal pests out and away from the compost. The legs alsolock into place, so moving the Spin Bin in the yard iseasy to do without the legs falling off.
With compost instructions embossed on the inside of eachlid, you can always have a quick reference for what itemscan and cannot be composted.
